335i xDrive - MSRP: $50,900

Premium; Cold Weather; Convenience; Heated Steering Wheel;

Selling Price: $45,550 ($1,500 Holiday Credit included to bring it to this selling price)
Monthly Payment (before tax): $506
Driving Off: $1,400 (all fees) + first month payment $506 (+tax) = $1,906

I believe I have to pay tax on the $1,500 holiday credit.

The question is - should I negotiate the selling price before the holiday credit or after? I guess it may not matter at the end of the day. Thoughts?

The $45,550 selling price actually does not include the $1,500 Holiday Credit. So the true selling price is $44,050 after the Holiday Credit.

Seems like a great deal. Is it a coupe or sedan?

If you don't mind me asking, what dealership did you go through?
