How to check for dpf
Hi all
When I purchased my 335d it smoked a bit and I did a dpf check using ista which showed 0mbar backpressure, so guess it had been coded out. Recently had a full software update which of course wold have returned the map back To standard and now back pressure is showing a value around 9mbar in idle. Is there anyway to easily tell if the dpf has been gutted, as it’s definately not a replacement pipe? Thanks |

What sort of millage is the car? If it’s higher millage then I would think it would be a higher chance it could have been gutted due to issues with it clogging up in the past. |
