e92 2010 stereo problems :(

hi all. I unfortunately have the base stereo with the bmw professional headunit. I keep getting a crackle through all the speakers every few days. The crackle does not stop even when the engine is off and car is locked.

After about a hour the stereo will turn off and then the noise stops.

any ideas?

Please have a look at this and if it applies, take it to the dealer.
