Good upgrades for non sport model?

Hey I'm coming from an e90 sport just got an e93 without sport. I was thinking about just getting someone's used sport suspension, but I'm wondering if it makes sense for a similar price to do some other upgrades. Wondering if you guys can make some suggestions from your experience. Thanks.

Keep your non-sport springs and put in some bilstein b6 struts/shocks.

no the B6 struts/shocks will not lower the car. if you want lower I would do the B12 kit which is made up of the eibach pro kit springs and the B8 struts/shocks valved for you e93 application. the ride will be a little firmer, but very comfortable very composed and you will not fear potholes any more.

I think that all e93 335i come with sport suspension from factory although not called sport.

i dont think thats correct, at least from feel, the car sits fairly high and feels pretty floaty compared to my 07 e90 with sport

E90 and E93 are different, meaning different "sport"

There is a sport suspension for the E93 that is very different from the non-sport suspension. In one if the big e93 discussion threads, there was a comparison of ride heights, and the sport suspension definitely rides lower than the standard, its also firmer. Once you've had a sport suspension car, I'm not too surprised that you dont like the standard suspension.

The seats, man, the seats!

Non-sport seats are terribad - the first thing I would do is source some sport seats from a junkyard and swap those, then I'd get an M3 steering wheel.

Do it! It is so absolutely worth it - and if you're patient and find seats out of a car that has the same options as yours then it is plug and play.

My car is in the shop right now and they're telling me one of my shocks is leaking fluid, so I actually need to replace one anyway. Any ideas for a 2009 328xi sedan, obviously non sport. I toyed with getting KW V1 but they're more expensive than I'm looking to spend right now, so just new shocks seem reasonable.

Any cheaper alternatives for somebody like me? but it seems like a good place to put this question.

Yeah I've been looking but red e93 sport is impossible man. I had an m3 wheel I prefer it but I'm ok without it too the e93 has the sport steering wheel standard but not the seats or suspension somehow. I'd like to find a used b12 setup but don't know how to feel about a used suspension setup
