Car cuts the boost after a strong pull!
once i pull the car strong till the 260-270km car cuts the boost right away below to 10psi, doesnt matter whenever i try that the car cuts the boost, oiltemp seems fine lower then 110Celcius nothing appears at all but it just happens when i reach the high speeds. other then it doesnt do it on daily drive hard pulls not on high speed. anyone else experience this?

MAP?
Stage? Boost gauge? User TQ settings? Contacted Vishnu Yet? kinda sounds like that overboost protection, but speculating.

I think from your pics of your DV install, the boost tubing to one of the DV seems to be ripped and causing you to have a boost leak...The OEM DV boost tubes are really tight and doesn't fit well into the nipples of the DV...You have yours fully inserted into the nipples and like I said from your pics it looks like there is a tear in the hoses....Check them out

I think I know what you're talking about.
Try this... Put it in 6th gear at about 110kmph (70 mph) and go full throttle without downshifting. You should build max boost in about 5-10seconds while accelerating. $10 says you'll duplicate the problem. |

That's exactly what I'm thinking too, but I thought that's supposed to throw a half engine light - assuming it triggered a bmw overboost protection. Maybe some who knows how the Proceed handles overboost can chime in. |

Sounds to me like the PROcede is going into valet mode because you have hit the max allowed wastegate duty cycle(which can be caused by a boost leak), or hitting the boost limit. This would not trip an engine code, as the PROcede is the one that is detecting the fault, and protecting your turbos... before the car has to. You could try raising the DC limit or boost limit in the user adjustables... also, check and see what "current map selection" datalog channel says when this happens. It will tell you if you are in valet. |

Why can't you just check out the DV nipples...From your pics its showing that there is a tear in one of the DV hoses...Please check this fitting....Your asking for help and I see a problem there because for the life of me when tried to get it that far up the nipples with the hose it kept tearing and I had a leak...There is no way you can get it that far up without ripping the factory DV hose...It wasn't made to fit a nipple thats bigger than the OEM DV nipple...If its not that than I would think its something to do with the modification that the shop did, maybe it wasn't welded correctly and there is a pin-hole thats not seen..

You can't get nipples, they are already on the DVs!!! You can get a boost hose coupler and reconnect with a hose thats has more give than the OEM one...But seriously, you really should take a look those DV fittings...I would almost guarantee that there is a leak there...
