Must haves are:
6MT
Navi

60k miles and under
Would like to keep it under $22k

You'll have a tough time finding an e93 with those specs (and maybe even within that price range). Took me a couple of months to find mine last year (2011 6mt, navi, no m sport).

I think the e92s are a bit easier to come by though.

Yeah I know but I figure if I do find it this place would be my best bet.

Extremely rare for a stick 335i MT. They were about 1 in 300 3 series built, 1 in 12 335i E93s.

Manual. There were 2 new ones on dealer lots nationally when I ordered mine. I've only seen one other in person since I got mine in 2008. That was a couple weeks ago. My dealer says I'm the only one he's serviced. It's a unicorn.
