He is already dealing with the situation as we speak. Do you guys know how big the motherfucken fire is in Cali right now? They were evacuated, thousands of homes have been lost YET he is still here to deal with the situation.

Also i just read those thread on audizine and they are all petty IMO.
Ive had my dealings with James myself and yes with ALOT more money than any of u on here so i dont even want to here it!! James came through with a resolution that fit us both and I was angry and frustrated at the time YES.
BUT he took care of the problem and I will still continue to do business with him!!

James did a lot of work on my car. I had no issues whatsoever. All parts have been installed well and he stood behind his work 100%.

He is very flexible as well and won't turn you down if there is more then one thing that needs to be done to your car in order for everything to be right.

I also have problems with them!

I ordered a H11 HID-kit on the 13th of Feb. They told me that they would ship i the same day I ordered and that I would have it on the 20th.

After 2-3 weeks I called them and they told me that it was already sent to me, so I waited a little longer.

After 4 weeks I called them again and they told me that they hadn't sent my package yet but they would do it same day and e-mail me a tracking-number.

Now it's almost 5 weeks since I paid and NOTHING has happened! I tried to call and PM but no reply. This is BAD SERVICE and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I have problem with the same H11 HID kit. I order 3 of them (for friend + myself) but they do not work in 06 E90, give off error and turn off. I waited for them to give me a resolution but did not get any. sent all 3 kits back and received email from Tina that they will process and refund my money and shipping back.. a month later, NOTHING, ignored my email!

I am going to contact them one more time but if I don't get a response I will have to goto credit card company and BBB.
