Timing chain was replaced when they rebuilt the bottom end and it stretched a fraction which put a half engine light and wouldn't clear. My mechanic was fixing the issue and something let go by mistake. Not sure how it happened but the best thing is they owned up to the mistake and prepared to pay for it which to me is brilliant cause if it was any other mechanic they probably try and blame me and say I did something so yeah pretty stocked with the service and that I can trust them.

It will be a top setup.

LSD is so much fun at the track.
Going to the drags? No reason not to be in the tens.

You will be making enough power to light it up in 3rd gear no worries.

Yeah the engine is built tuff now hopefully the tranny holds up. Still probably a month away before I get it at the drags but once I do I will make sure I post the results. Want it on the dyno first

Yeah it's blowing cause the piston rings haven't been beaded in yet. Need 2000km on the clock before it fully seals. Only done 500km on it so far.

What a huge journey you've had with this car! Stock motors are putting down north of 800whp but the serious ones have built motors, there's not much data on reliability at 400-500wkw levels from what I've read locally or in the US.

How do you find the pure stage 2's? Can you tell me when you're hitting full boost in 3rd?

Cheers mate. It has been a huge journey. Pures are hands down the best in the industry. They spool so quick and the power is huge. In process of tuning the car right now and sorting out a couple of issues. Once thats done I will get it on the dyno.
