I bought this car from a fellow e90 member, owned it for a year, sold it, and current owner is looking to sell it. Thinking about buying it back before he trades it to the dealer. What would be a fair price?

Nice looking car! What is the owner looking to get out of it? I’m about to be in the market for one like this (lightly modded E92) as thinking about selling my C5Z. The mods make it more difficult to price IMO. Some people like mods and some steer clear feeling the car might have lived a hard life. I wasn't sure exactly how long it's been since last sale. If it was in the last year and was at a fair market price that should get you close and then adjust for year over year depreciation, miles, mods.

I've taken this car to an independent shop and Bmw dealer (airbag recall) all of them were amazed at the quality of the car. Wouldn't guarantee it was not enjoyed a few times but it's in great condition. 2nd owner that did all the mods was pretty anal about everything done to it. More of a show car but I wouldn't doubt someone would think it was abused.
