Do you mean 10lbs per wheel?
Or 10 pounds total for 4 wheels and tires?

Wow, that is surprising.

In a way I might expect that on the newest BMW's.

Car & Driver mentioned in the test of the new F30 (I think) that BMW was finally starting to figure out how to deal with stiff and heavy runflats (suspension wise).

But in the older cards like e46, I would expect some difference in 10 pounds of unsprung weight. Especially over washboard and broken surfaces.....that's a lot less mass for the suspension to have to control.

Thanks.
