Yes pretty much all rubber parts involved should be replaced. You'll regret not having new ones ready once you take a look at the old ones.

I'm also wondering if I will need camber plates?

No unless you go to track time to time

You should be okay without camber plates. But definitely rubbers as mentioned above. Just buy a strut mount kit and shock mount kit from ECS or FCP Euro. Also, get new bolts for the control arms/mounts and the kits don't always include the pads/shims, you should get those as well. Lastly, grab E36 M3 bump stops for the front and Z4M rear bump stops.

Should be good to go! I just replaced my suspension with KONI Yellows and Eibach Pro-Kit springs and am glad I replaced all the above at the same time. The B12 Kit will be a great addition!

You don't need to buy a single bump stop if you're going with bilstein b6/b8 because they have internal bump stops.

You need:
Front/Rear Upper/Lower shock mounts.
Front/Rear Upper/Lower spring pads.
2 gaskets for front upper shock mounts
4 bolts for rear lower shock mounts.

Also it'd be a good opportunity to get new front/rear swaybar links.
I'd recommend Meyle HD or Lemforder, not the OE ones.

Wish I read this sooner I did my b8 and dinan springs and replaced the shock and strut upper and lower mounts but didn't replace the end links

Think the end links will be worth getting in next time in shop?

I didn't do the upper lower spring pads what are those
