executed a full M3 conversion of my E93 335i N54, both exterior and interior
used only OEM parts, exept the rear arches.
those arches are custom made

Looks to be extremely well done! I'm not into making "clones" personally, but if your going to do it then you might as well do it properly....and it looks like you went all out! I couldn't tell the difference.....until I heard it rev. It looks fantastic though.

Thanks, yes I did it the complete way and I want to keep it M3 as stock as possible.
The real stuff is in Belgium way to expensive.
The taxes for a 335i is 1200USD every year, for an M3 it's 3600USD...

I had no accident, so I was able to sell all My dismantled parts for good prices and was able to buy many 2nd hand m3 parts at good prices. Together with that I unregistered My car during the transformation works to save again some money. (It's not a daily)

So if I compare the total cost of ownership between My 335i and an M3 then the difference for me here in belgium is approx 3000USD each year.
This transformation costed me approx 1,5x this difference

I can easily keep this car for 10 more years, so I'm saving via cost of ownership 24000USD + approx 15000USD.
15000USD is the additional price beween selling My 335 and buying an M3.

My car is tuned in a safe way, nearly as fast as an M3. And I have the looks of an M3.
Only thing I'm missing is of course that fabulous sound of the V8.
Question is, is that sound worth nearly 40000USD ?

That makes total sense to me. And NO....for me that sound isn't worth that kind of money in your instance! Especially when given that fact that you can spend far less then that and make the 335i a faster car!

Well done, I hate it when someone takes their E9x and slaps a bumper on it along with badges. But, you went beyond and did the complete retrofitting of exterior and interior. The taxation is enough to motivate an enthusiast not to buy an M car. I see your project to be similar to forum member Socket's and encourage you to look at his build thread, it's inspiring. Enjoy your car.
