I put a 335 full dual exhaust on my 325
I just installed a 335i full exhaust on my 325i. I have only seen one other guy install a complete 335 exhaust and he used the E92 verison with x-pipe, so sharing the results with the E90 resonated version.
The front 335 flanges will not fit stock headers, must use aftermarket like AA with slotted flanges. Even then, there is a gap above even when bolts are torqued down, and will need to be filled with RTV or exhaust putty. I had the secondary cats deleted and had the pipe tilted up before rewelding to seat better on the flange. Parts needed -Aftermarket headers -335 exhaust (resonated sounds better than x pipe imo) -335 rear crash bar -335 rear heat shields -335 trunk storage bin -335 evap purge tank -335 evap purge bracket and hardware -335 evap lines Sound clip https://youtu.be/kNbo7E_gN1E |

I think this setup on the n52 is right there with the PE exhaust. Sounds good just sucks the amount of parts necessary to get it done
