I put a 335 full dual exhaust on my 325

I just installed a 335i full exhaust on my 325i. I have only seen one other guy install a complete 335 exhaust and he used the E92 verison with x-pipe, so sharing the results with the E90 resonated version.

The front 335 flanges will not fit stock headers, must use aftermarket like AA with slotted flanges. Even then, there is a gap above even when bolts are torqued down, and will need to be filled with RTV or exhaust putty. I had the secondary cats deleted and had the pipe tilted up before rewelding to seat better on the flange.

Parts needed
-Aftermarket headers
-335 exhaust (resonated sounds better than x pipe imo)
-335 rear crash bar
-335 rear heat shields
-335 trunk storage bin
-335 evap purge tank
-335 evap purge bracket and hardware
-335 evap lines

I think this setup on the n52 is right there with the PE exhaust. Sounds good just sucks the amount of parts necessary to get it done

Yeah definitely requires some extra parts. I part out E90's so I had everything already here, so I didn't really need to source anything.

Thanks man Yes, I am using VWETISH diff brace to protect the diff from hard launches and the nitrous. Along with whiteline diff bushings an subframe inserts.)
