DRL_TFL_MIT_SML Sidemarker DRL?

It looks like by default on my 2008 BMW 328xi this DRL_TFL_MIT_SML parameter was set to active, but I don't ever see my sidemarker bulbs on in the daytime at all. This refers to my SideMarker turn signals on the front fenders right or is it referring to a different bulb? Is DRL only active when the light switch is set to 0?

Nevermind I figured it out. In BimmerGeeks ProTool it was described as using the SideMarkers at DRLs but actually the DRL_TFL_MIT_SML parameter controls the little tiny bulb next to the halogen high beam reflector.
