Bored with set up

Growing bored of my 193M's on my touring and I have two sets of staggered as I have a 335i M-sport with same wheels, I like the 219M's but they will weigh more, debating if I should just go back to 17's and put my Arc-8's on it. Lighter and same contact footprint with excepetion they are square and were on my E30 M3.

I'm on stock ride height for a rwd 07 e91 sport. Lowering the car is not in future unless its very minor like an H&R street spring. This is my daily and in summer it's my kayak hauler so having a little ground clearance is nice.

Thoughts?

Hey Greg thank you for the review I appreciate it, and if your interested, I’m thinking about switching the setup on my f32, I have apex EC-7s in a staggered setup, 18x8.5 front et 38 and 18x9.5 rear et 43 with continental dws06 plus in 235/45 and 265/40. These are the tallest tires you can use with a stock setup without rubbing and is what I run on the e92 that you saw just different rims/offsets. If your interested let me know

I've never cared for 193M's, so my vote would be to ditch them. I'm not sure what sort of offsets e30 M3's run but I'd suspect they're a bit narrow/sunken in for an e91.

IMO go with the 219M's or get another set of Apex in a nice size for the e91.

17x8 et 20 so they might stick out beyond wheel well which i'd rather not have, like my paint work. Used to run 15x8.5's on standard e30 which made it stick like glue but paint was non existent after 2 years.

17x8 et20 will work actually and if you run 225 tires should have very little if any rubbing depending on your camber. It will be super tucked in the rear though.
