2011 BMW 335d 52k low miles , Cost of repair more than value of car?

I bought it brand new 58k in 2012 and extended warranty (7.8k) expired earlier this year, now very often i am getting SES Just spent 2k in the last couple of month for Nox sensors , now DEF issue i was quoted about 3k for repair,
the car was properly maintained but getting so many issues now.

Note : i was trying to sell the car before , but i have to be honest with buyer about the issues or expected issues , they ran away, so it's more like a salvage , but if i decide to keep this car , either i go bankrupt or to be a millionaire .

It seems BMW of NA doesn't much care since warranty had expired. Also high cost of insurance and registration

Please advice the options.

NOx sensors, and DEF tank are warranteed to 10years/120K. Don't know why you've spent money on them.

Www.bmw-rp.com you can look up your vin to see what's available but that site is only to get the money back if you did it before bmw offered it. After they established the extended warranty you have to get it through them.
My nox I did before they offered, so I got the cost of the sensors back. A friend was denied his frm because they were doing it before he did his, :'(

How much are you asking for it? Sounds like it would be a great candidate for somebody out of Cali that plans to tune and delete.
