Can you Transfer Sirius module from car to car?

If I get Sirius installed in my 330i and change the car next year, can I move the sat radio module from one car to the other to save buying sat radio twice?

You should be able to as long as the connection/harnesses are the same. Your new radio would also have to be sirius ready. You can't just stick the sat. tuner into a car with just any radio.
