Unhappy E85 Stage 3 LPFP Pressure at 4PSI !!

Hello this is my first post i REALLY need help

My LPFP at idle is around 4 psi and car struggles to start or shuts off at idle in a few seconds sometimes it wont even start (crank no start) I'm running full E85 on a bucket less dual walbro 450 Precision Race works stage 3 pump w hobbs switch and port injection if that matters
even when i jump the hobbs switch to manually turn on the second pump my pressure only gets to 36 psi at idle which is horrible

I've replaced the LPFP sensor with the newer version
I've replaced the fuel sending unit
I've tried replacing the pumps
I've double checked the connections to the pump and sending unit
Also Checked ekpm3 unit it doesn't seem to be hot but cant tell for sure

I am just simply lost what could it be?
