swift Springs Spec-R xdrive
I'm pretty new to suspension stuff so bare with me .. I am running stock lci xdrive e92 335 suspension.. I have been reading a little I know that coilovers seem to be the most preferred option but I am looking to lower my car (not to low) but also maintain a comfortable ride quality (I have a gf lol) and as well as improve performance. I hear great things about the Swift Spec R springs.. is it true that these springs can be installed and work fine with stock struts and shocks? please explain thanks in advance..

they will work, but they would still wear out your dampers faster. Any lowering spring will wear out shocks and dampers faster. From what i've read, swifts dont go too low, so your shocks/dampers may last a littttttle longer then other springs on the market (depending on miles)
Its advised to purchase aftermarket dampers. ex. konis

Swift does not make their Swift Spec-R spring for an AWD application. Only RWD for now, but may change later.
