My new to me 2011 335is

***UPDATE 3/6/2015***
Traded in the 335is and picked up this beauty

Long story short E46fanatics was the first forum i ever joined even before i had a car to drive. The E46 M3 was THE CAR i haaaad to have. Shortly after i joined e90post and began lurking around... You'd think i'd get my hands on one but wrong... I went from a 2004 honda accord coupe -> 2009 vw mkv gti -> 2011 audi b8 s4 -> 2009 C63 AMG -> 335is -> now M3 DCT

Drooling over that s4. Those HREs are sick. The C63 is a beast. Why change to the Bimmer?

I have to know as well... Why a Bimmer over the S4 or AMG? Both cars I also nearly purchased before my 335is.

Granted the amg won't ever handle like the bimmer, but supercharging that bbm would be tits. I forsee you getting a full motiv kit in the future. Maybe I'm just dreaming for you....

Wow. Nice upgrade and an amazing color combo. Nothing beats the BMW feeling. The C63 has a ton of power, but only in a straight line.

What i can say about the IS so far is that it's a match made in heaven. I've always loved turbo cars (hence why the S4 didn't get to too excited) and DCT trannys (why i hated the C63).

The S4 i pretty much did all bolt on mods that you could do so i wanted a new project, as far as the C63 i loved it but service, brakes, tires were all due and i didn't feel like paying $3-5k for everything!

yeah, the only down side is the supercharger from Weistec is $20,000 without labor

Two really different cars, i had straight pipes on my C63 so it was f*cking loud but i loved every second of it. The sound of the V8 is simply amazing, however the 12/19 MPG was not the business and also new tires every 4-6k was not fun either.
