They don't like people bringing parts to have it installed. if you getting body work done, it might be a different story.

I know Sigy personally and he knows his stuff (although a little quirky). I would say he mainly specializes in older BMWs since he's not too up to speed with e90s in general (at least the more technical aspects). Not sure if he does his own body work though.

Dan Martin has a shop in Gaithersburg and also check out Excluservice in Rockville.

If I had my own shop, I wouldn't want people bringing in their own parts either.

Thumbs down Warning!!!!!

Warning!! This is the Place where BMW's goes to DIE!!!! This is the laziest Shop I've ever dealt with. The owner and this other (Rude) old guy there watching german soap-Opera all day instead of fixing cars. They don't like being disturbed during their soap-opera show. Very weird. They had my car sitting for 3-days with no work done. They had all sorts of excuses why they didn't do any work. The owner offered expensive fixes that weren't needed. Please be careful when dealing with this shop!!! They lack manners and the ability to offer quality and honest services. Avoid them if you can. Don't let any great reviews fool or mislead you. They have friends that post good things about them. I'm not kidding, Avoid them!!! They offer a really bad service. If you've ever heard of bad mechanics but have never experienced one, well, this will be your chance if you use these guys. You've been duly warned!!!!!!
