Thanks Trev, total cost was $2726 after the NBT unit and the other bits needed.
The cost varies depending on which bits you need.

NBT retrofit $1730
CIC console trim $150
Front CIC panel $210
CIC controller $260
NBT aux cable $103
I drive trim $7
Idrive controller frame $23
Reversing camera $28
Blue tooth antenna $15

That said this upgrade is worthwhile if you have CCC.
If you have CIC already there is no point upgrading to NBT, CIC is awesome
