Unhappy Not The Best Night!!

A Camry driver decided that he wanted my lane! I was lucky that he swerved and didn't hit me head on! His explanation was "sorry I got confused!"

damn sucks man! Anyway as long as you're fine that is all that really matters. The car can be fixed and the other person will be paying anyway right?

Where cost to repair => cost to replace = write off

End sub

I would hate to be driving around something that has been in an accident like that + kills resale.

At least your okay moe

Thanks guys. I'm ok, so is the passenger who was with me. The car is at Northshore Collision Centre now where it's going to be repaired (not a write-off) and they arranged a loan car for me (great service). The driver at fault is uninsured!! I'm with NRMA. I was going at about 50kmh and there was a car coming from the opposite direction so I couldn't swerve right. My only option was to slam the brakes!
