Couple of questions.. (BMW salesmen salary and LSD)

This is something thats been on my mind for few days now and i got no time to search..

First one about LSD. Please school me.
I cant figure why it makes such a huge difference. I always thought our cars start with 1 wheels but as soon as you reach certain speed another wheel works. So doing donuts, highway runs... does LSD really help?
Say, do a n54 turbo upgrade. Can't really start from standing still but other then that its the same thing no?

Second Q.
BMW Salesmen and Parts salesmen. How much do they make? benefits about the job, etc...

Just guessing.

If you are 'get-go' hardworking sales, I would say $70K+ for a seasoned salesperson.

General sales mgr, $125K

You are right about the "Hardworking sales" but that is all commission with a very low base salary so you can just barely live on.

General sales mgr I would say a little less but he would have a better base salary and more bonuses.

A parts manager would be around 50 to 65k depending on years of experience and maybe all so commission from extras e.g performance parts if the dealer has them.
