Rusted turbo actuator

Quick question,

My mechanic is telling me the the turbo actuator is pretty rusted on my N55.

I drive my car in the winter and have a heated garage, so the whole car is starting to rust a lot on the bottom.

Is that rusted actuator cause for concern ? Do i have to prepare for a turbo swap soon ?

You could just get a new actuator. It's a separate part.

Heated garage accelerates rust exponentially. Id be more worried about losing the car to rust..

I know, unfortunately it is not under my control and it is the only space available for me.
