Removed professionally with proper tool and cleaned. No carbon build up on tips and all spraying holes clear.

Removed from a working 2011 535i in perfect working order. Only replaced because I picked up new ones super cheap from a friend and I'm able to code myself. 5 were manufactured in 2010 and 1 in 2014.

Not entirely sure. I bought the car with 130k miles on it. I bought it from a dealer. One injector is newer (2015) and others may be original. I had no misfires or issues but got new ones for practically nothing.
