One last question if I don't want to tap the stock harness, is there a way I could tap using the connector ends? I could make a harness myself I guess but then the ground would still need to go straight to the other side some how.

While I want something permanent for me I rather not have something permanent to the whole life of the car know what I mean.
I could be wrong but I think this is it, you want a Female to male EV1 Injector connector/adapter. You can then tap this instead of the harness line

Sorry to revive this from the dead. Haven't been on the forums in a hot minute.

I sold my ATM exhaust in favor of the turner valved exhaust.

Car is in the garage for the winter now but I'll get her warmed up sometime soon and do a couple revs with valves opened and closed.

Sadly I have VRSF downpipes so I can't provide sound clips with the stock cats.

Did you not like the ATM or just wanted a Valved?
Can you tell some pros and cons of the ATM?

I had the ATM exhaust on for about a year paired to VRSF downpipes. Overall I think it's the best 3.5" system out there. The welds were fantastic, the quality of the piping was outstanding. Even the exhaust clamps they give you are light years better than the ones VRSF provides for their exhausts.

The sound was very deep and very good. Even with the resonator, it was LOUD. There also really wasn't that much drone, except when going uphill or some instances when the resonance hit a certain way. I'd say 85% of the time there was no drone.

The reason I got rid of it for a valved exhaust is that I wanted the best of both worlds. Maybe I'm getting old but I wanted the choice to make the exhaust either quiet or loud at the push of a button. With the valves open it still isn't as loud as the ATM exhaust, probably because the Turner is a 2.5" and the ATM is a 3.5"

I've been thinking, would you be able to make a custom blend of both those exhausts? 3.5" from dp to axle back section, then swap in the turner valved muffler section onto the 3.5 -> 2.5 crossover?

For the best performance I bet you could. I think the best way would be to keep the ATM exhaust and then buy valved mufflers separately and mate them together. The wiring for the valving is the same across all exhausts for this platform
