OT, but it looks like you and JB4N have the cowl filters; how do you like them? I like the pic too, more understated than the others here.
I love the cowl filters. I hated taking the whole cowl off every time I needed to work in the engine bay. You get to see the whole engine instead of just half of it with the cowl on. The only downside is all the engine induction noise you hear. Personally I like to be able to hear my cars engine though. Plus the cowl filters are washable, so you never have to buy another filter again.

The cowl filters are great just like Shadow said. They let you see the whole engine bay instead of half of it, you don't have to ever take that pain in the butt cowl off ever again, and they are washable so you never half to buy another one of those filters. The only downside is the induction noise like Shadow said. Personally though I like to be able to hear my cars engine. Definitely worth the money to buy.

Very nice! I love the Dinan look, just not the price.

The only thing I don't like hearing when I have the cowl off is the injectors, everything else sounds good to me. I bought this car with 48k on it and haven't changed the filter yet (I'm at 74k now) so I'm thinking it's about time lol might as well just replace it with these. It's good to hear that y'all haven't had any problems with them, thanks!

Nice looking bay, what material is that insulation under the turbo?

Agreed

The tape is DEI Reflect-A-Gold heat barrier tape. You can get it from summit, jeggs etc. It really makes a big difference on areas that are close to the turbo/downpipe.

It's a Cusco - more commonly found on Japanese cars. It makes a little difference. Enough to notice, but not night and day. I've taken it off to test and you can feel it. It helps make turn in feel a little better. I also have Hotchkis sway bars front and rear and that obviously makes a much bigger difference.

Definitely! I'm supposed to meet up with a HCI ZO6 buddy of mine soon if the weather holds up. I told him to wait till I'm tuned on E85/meth first. Right now on spring pressure, I have nothing for him.

I prefer the look of yours. That dinan intake is very clean looking.

As other people have said, the DCIs are a great value, but I'm not a fan of how they look.

Depending on the cam, he's good for about 580WHP, maybe more. Also depends if he has TB and Intake manifold too.
