LCI E92 Adaptive headlight problem!

Just noticed recently that my drivers side headlight no longer moves when I turn my steering wheel. It levels just fine and the corner light works when I turn the wheel left. Is this a software calibration issue? Or a mechanical issue?

I was rear ended 9 months ago, could that have jarred the light assembly? The drivers side light is aimed slightly higher than the passenger light when I'm pulled up close to a garage door at night.
