Help! Front suspension noise after replacing related parts
Hello guys, My e90 320d M performance pack is suffering from a chronic suspension noise.
The car is perfect on dry day, but on a rainy day, "after stepping on water pool", it makes creaky(squeaky) noise from the front suspension when I go over speed bumps. So I replaced the front forward and rearward control arms, sway bar links, dampers, damper mounts, tie rod end links. However, it does not solve the problem. It seems that water spatters on a rubber part of the front suspension making the noise and the noise decreases as the water drys up. Is there any part that makes this sound? Please help me to solve it!! ): |

Did you preload the suspension before tightening the control arm bolts? The suspension must be at normal ride height before tightening those bolts.
