What are the Torque specs for Shock Pinch, sway bar & tophat nut.

I am getting ready to change out the bump stops on my e 90. I misplaced the sheet that I had with the torque specs on it. I need the torque specs for the pinch bolt that retains the shock in the knuckle/hub, I need torque specs for the swaybar bolt that goes into the shock, and the nut that retains the top hat.

google CALWATERBOY'S excellent new year. he did a full suspension upgrade and lists torque specs at the end of his thread
