I am seriously considering buying and installing an Android Multimedia unit in my 07 E90 335xi AT. From what I have researched, the Navifly and the AVIN seem to be the most popular units available and I am curious to know if any one has had any experiences with them.

I just jotted down some questions off the top of my head...The info the better

- What do you love about it? What do you dislike or wish certain feature was avalable?
- Issues?
- Update installations?
- What is the functionality with Bluetooth and your phone? i.e Are you able to get notifications displayed on the unit or even stream videos?
- Functionality of the OBD reader? has it proven to be pretty accurate?

I am like 90% confident AVIN is just rebranding the chinese versions (navifly) and providing support in the states. If you aren't someone who relies on customer support a lot, the Navifly is the better buy

however it does seem like the casing is off on some of the chinese versions. Have to do adjustments to the plastic. You should read through the last 10 pages or os of the avin thread

Yea your right, many of the chinese verisons have an issue with the plastics. So far, these 2 have been pretty spot on. It is very possible that could be some rebranding.

so it'll be like 310-320 after the sale. I am definitely going to jump on it
