those are most shit rims alpina have produced ever. The classic muti spoke and it's variants are sweet. saw them on a x5 and they still looked bad. No offense to anyone who runs em

I think those wheels look better on a coupe - especially in Alpina green or Alpina blue. I think I marginally prefer them to the classic Alpina wheels - mainly because they might be marginally easier to clean.

... mind you, I've got a spare set of 230s

Not true Carlos. I remember pricing up a manual 335i msport with pro nav and leather on drivethedeal.com for approx £28K.

Prices have been extremely volatile over the last 2 years and I really do think that this is way OTT.

Got my D3 biturbo today...loads better than the mono turbo and that was one excellent car. Oh and by the way, the one in the pics on UK release.....thats mine!! Nice to hear the varying views on the car. Horses for courses.....

I'd agree but surely the Alpina has more exclusivity than either of the above. It instantly looks different to the standard E9* and an obvious Alpina car.
