Gave the disc loads of hits with a hammer pulled on it whilst pushing a screw driver behind it to try and leaver it out but it wouldn't budge at all.

Does any one have any ideas about what I could try next.

Thanks.
Hammer on the surface of the hat to break the rust. Then, make sure you have extra tires under the car and proceed to kick it from the back side with your heel. You think I'm joking, but I know exactly what you're saying.

And don't forget the antiseize this time

Please help.
I just replaced rotors. There's a lot of play in the calipers. Not sure what I'm missing. The clip is on, the two bolts are torqued down. Yet I can easily wiggle the whole thing with a screwdriver. What could it be? Could old rattle clip not be effective at holding it steady?

Caliper Movement

Are you experiencing noises and braking issues coming from the car? The caliper is suppose to "float" over the rotors a little.

You can consult realoem to check you fitted all the parts.
The brake caliper really must float, but not freely. I'm not sure if you have problem, because cannot take into account the force applied on the screwdriver, I will suppose- yes, you have missed some part. Just check some diagram of all parts.
