probably wiring issue, I know a friend with the same problem. But his will not down shift with the shifter

I have a extra m tech front bumper in my garage i would be willing to let go for 80 dollars. it is off my 2012 e92, you would have to research and find out if it would fit a e90 though, cause i am not sure.
