Is that an E8x 135i grey painted rear caliper or did he mean an F20 M135i blue painted rear caliper?

I thought you didn't need a 5 series rotor to fit the E8x one.. or is this to do with the handbrake size?

E8x 135i gray or gold (yellow) calipers are straight bolt on and they work with stock e9x 335i rotors or e60 or f10 rotors. People like to use the f10 part 34216775287 because are 2-piece and will match the front f30 rotors. They are 330x20 with aluminum hat riveted to the blank.

For normal street maneuvers at road legal speeds, they're just fine. But begin driving at non legal speeds & spirited cayenne runs and/or weekend warrior track events is when the stockers will begin to show weakness.

The F30 front brakes with 380mm rotors, Stop-Tech SS lines & a E90 M3 MC = good stuff. Brembo doesn't mess around.

Pictures coming once I wash her up.
Bed the pads, season the rotors & then give us feedback once you have 500-1,000 mies on the new system. Once they are honed in (on pun intended) & have found their groove - you'll feel that addition brake torque. Maybe it's the pad choice that you're noticing on your new set...

F30 340mm brembo on e90 335i

Does anyone know if the F30 brembo 340mm calipers fit e90 335i??? Rotors are factory size 348mm. Got factory size but 2 piece rotor drilled, slotted and vented. Only thing missing is a good pair of calipers.

QUOTE=riki18;13819562]Hallo,

Finaly got my babies in the wheels.

F30 Performance brakes 370mm 4 pistons calipers. Plug and play and fits in 18' wheels with a bit of brushing on calipers, 1-2 mm and all ok. Can tell the difference now, brakes are new so in a few days I can compare them to stock brakes.
Rear can't be used in E92 as far as I know.

Started installing new brakes on my 2010 E90 LCI today. Went with E60 535i rotors from Zimmermann (sport), and I did not have to mill down the rear calipers at all. I could even use a washer if I wanted to get the caliper 100% centered.

Took a picture. It doesn't give an accurate view as it taken in a little angle. However, the rotor does not rub the caliper and the pads went right in.

edit: 535i, not 335i
edit again: read further down - all centered when the rotor is mounted properly

Wow... I knew the E60 discs required less machining but none at all? Did you take any other photos?

Finished up today and took some more photos. When I tightened the rotor to the hub, it actually ended up pretty much centered.

Final result

Waiting for some Apex ARC-8's and a set of H&R Monotube Clubsport coilovers to arrive. Looking forward to driving it when it's "finished".

Very interesting! mariusc please post part numbers from the rotors and maybe link from where you purchased them. E60 rotors vary 5-7mm from OEM to aftermarket. I noticed yours are drilled. Zimmerman doesn't offer them drilled. Aus335iguy you knew huh? Where have you been. I thought you gave up on us!

Yes they do!
The part number is 150.3461.52. I think the regular non-drilled has the same part number but .20 instead of .52. I bought them from a German online parts store, AVS Autoteile through teilehaber.de. Many shops announce them but most do not have them in stock.

I'll measure the real thickness when I have the car on the lift again.
