To be fair to him he isn't a BMW expert, but yes I agree it shouldn't have that in the title at all!
As for asking too much for it, well that is all subjective, I know I myself had a handful of offers at £5k when I had it up for sale, so it isn't too far away compared with most of the other rubbish that is around without proper history and in poor condition etc.
It is worth as much as any potential owner is willing to pay for it!
