I had another guy ask me. From what I gathered I need to change the POT. The bad thing is the demand. I would have to a few of those resistors and sale a few to make it worth while.

Hey I've had this on for some time now, I have the car flashed back to stock with jb4 off and still cant get the car to pass, I tried all settings on the knob and still get codes as well as the SES light, any suggestions on how to go about this?

It depends on what codes you are getting. Typically the 5 o'clock position works best but that only works if you have good working o2 sensors. Let's start with which codes you are getting.

Before checking anything verify that the wiring is correct. One more thing make sure that you can log your afr's and verify that it is reading valves. If your afr's are flat lined incorrect, it could mean that the o2 sensors may be bad. Let me know what you see

All four O2 sensors were changed this month when the dp fix went in and then i got swapped codes so then the sensors' positions were changed. Attatched are the photos of the different codes I get with the different settings on the knob.

Attachment 2271147

Attachment 2271148

Attachment 2271149
So the 23C1 and 23C2 are a pain to get rid of. The code indicates that the setting is to high on the dp fix. You will need to lower the setting 1/8th turn at a time. You will need to clear codes but the most important thing is you need to drive your car to reset the adaptations for a min of 50 miles at different speeds. This is more so since you replaced your o2 sensor at the same time that the dp fix were installed. One thing that could help since the sensors are new is to remove the dp fix and drive your car a few days. This will allow the new sensor adapt to your car. Then install the dp fix. Let me know how it goes.
