Last year, I installed a set of ST XA coilovers, M3 arms front and back, plus the M3 brace.
This year, I swapped the ST for a set of Öhlins R&T
M3 subframe bushings are being installed at the moment, just as a set of H&R sway bars (normal ones, not the bigger M3 one in the rear). In addition to that, Powerflex bushings for the front sway and rear upper shock mount.

Before I got the sf bushings installed, I still felt the cars was "wooden" and rather clunky over rough, mid-speed bumps. Sadly not just a busted endlink, as I renewed these again this year.
If I can't find the root cause for it I might try to add M3 tire sizes in the end. A little more rubber might help after all (running 19" PSS right now, standard 225/255 staggered setup).
Still haven't gotten back to the sharp turn-in that I had with the default 17" RFT and m-sport suspension sadly.
Funny enough that the front end doesn't feel as tight as the H&R clubsport coilovers I'm running on a Mini R56 CS or the Bilstein B12 I installed on a 530d E39.

I have done the following to my car and it rides like its on rails.
Front coil overs Bilstein
Rear Bilstein shocks
COBB Sway bars both front and rear
COBB Front and rear springs, it lowered the car and it feels and looks great.
Front camber kit.
This car rides great and its a big difference from the stock suspension ride. I am considering the M3 upgrade for the control arms and inserts as the next upgrade.
Deferentially recommend the coil overs

I have the following and it rides like it's on rails :

- Bilstein B12 lowering kit
- M3 control arms front & rear
- new tie rods
- M3 subframe bushings
- M3 differential bushings
- Hotchkiss adjustable sway bar links front & rear
- all new bushings in the rear subframe for the various control arms etc.
- new sway bar bushings front & rear

Every single component of the suspension has upgraded or replaced

I have gone this way.

Koni yellows (adustability matters!)
Tein springs stiffer than MSport.
E 30 top hats to raise ride height as Tein are quite low.
Same in the back spacer to raise 10mm.

I have:

H&R Front and Rear sway bars w/upgraded adjustable end links
KW V1 Coilovers
all m3 control arms upgrade
PU subframe bushings
Solid delrin differential bushings on my Mfactory LSD w/ defiv lockdown kit
Mfactory upgraded wheel axles

My car is planted and feels great and predictable. The m3 arms drastically improved my understeer issue. I definitely cannot drive it as a daily though.

So I've had the Bilstein B12 kit on the car for three years now. Still like it. Recently added some power adders and the rear end is not happy. First, the V brace really matters. I have VRSF catless DP's and cat back exhaust. The spacers that came with it to clear the 3.5" exhaust aren't thick enough, so I had to get some washers. Will be putting that back on and see what happens.

When my car was on the lift for the exhaust install, I saw my right rear Bilstein B8 was blown. THen found some M3 aluminum rear camber arms on Ebay for cheap so I picked those up since I'll need 2 new rear shocks anyways...may as well get the M3 version of the rear Bilstein's.

Have also purchased the front and rear M3 (TRW) control arm front and rear kit from FCP Euro. Also bought Megan rear toe control arms. I did this because I will finally take my car onto the track this year, and that rear end likes to swim around with the added power. Also got a rear differential brace too.

I still like this suspension set up. Feels good for a DD that will occasionally see the track.
