Rear passenger side pdc sensor fell in bumper, easy way to push back in?

Like the title says, my rear passenger side/corner pdc sensor fell in the bumper. The body shop didn’t install it all the way when they installed the new bumper. Is there an easier way than removing the whole bumper? I tried going in from the middle underneath, there’s no way I’m getting my arm through there lol.

If I pull back the fender liner is there access?

All I need to do is navigate it back to the mounting bracket and push it in***
