In looking at it I just noticed the screen is the 6.5, I would rather have the ,8.5 if I do any upgrade. Thanks for the links and info, I will keep searching.

I found a donor car that's wrecked, a 2013 328i, not sure on it's options but I think it will work, but in looking at it not sure how it would fit my dash as right now my climate controls are on top, then below is the CCC unit/faceplate with controls and CD/DVD slots, then below that is a large blank. I also cant tell if the donor car is is NBT or CIC either as 2013 was a transition year from what I have read.

Thanks for the heads up, I found a 2011 335i with larger wide screen CIC, can pull what I need from car, center console and all parts for 400.00, think I will go with it.

I had CCC in my E92(2007) and now CIC,after installation everything was ok but after some days i can’t find the cd changer on the menu,other strange thing is no music or radio stations when i start the car,but after some mins of driving everything normal,music,stations…are this coding problems?
