Good! Stay away from Ghassan Automotive. Get the 135i rear calipers. You will need thin washer, 1-2mm to center them over your rotors.

For those of you running these calipers PLEASE inspect the pins that hold the pads in place. This is what I discovered yesterday:

In all fairness these calipers have seen 6 sets of brake pads and at least 40 track days in the last 4 years. On the original pins. So not really ordinary driver. I'm sure this won't happen during regular use.

Did you seat the pins correctly? Happened on my AP brakes too once, when I didn't pushed the pin in all the way.

Get a thin metal punch and rubber mallet to make sure they are in all the way next time.

I sure did. The caliper is alloy and is soft. I guess is worn out. I will mod the pins if this happen again. On Porsche Bremlbo calipers there is a safety cotter pin for the pin.

Thanks for the laurels...
this fit is for the guys there are to hang on life

Now we have the rear brake something improved again....

What you need and what you must do.....

You need:

- 4 excenter-bushes M10

- 2 Pcs. BMW light Rotors #34216763827
- 4 Screws M10x30mm 10.9
- 1 Set of steel flex brake hoses
- Guy to can coding

To do:

- Protection plates cut out for the new calipers...
- ( You can ) go with the rotors to a turner / cutter and fit the rotors to a
performance design..

- Press the M12 bushes out and the excentric M10 bushes in the right position in.

- now assemble all with the new longer screws
- You need nothing more... no work on knuckle or calipers
- For a better brake feeling.... install a set of steel flex brake hoses and
go to coding: Performance Brake -SPBR to the vehicle order.

Just a guess....

Your pins are broken, because the pads are standing on the expansion spring.
The pads are then more and more inclined until the bolts are broken.

Where did you buy them? You could buy/fabricate more and ship to Spain? Shipping costs are much cheaper than ship to US.
These bushings seems to be the best solution by far for me, rather than excesive elongation of the knuckle holes or use timeserts and don't reach the entire surface of the rotor.

I’m assuming my rear stock rotors ( 07 E92 335i Pre LCI ) will work with this 135i rear calipers + 1-2mm washers ? The reason I asked is because you had to mill down yours ? And the other guy used different rotors ...that makes me confused .
