Hi everyone I'm new to this forum and hoping someone can assist me please I tried flashing a 2010 e90 320i EGS GS1912 using a k-Dcan cable and WinKFP but it failed at the very end of the process with the following error.

"CODE 2086 - ERROR - Signature check failed"

Has anyone successfully done this already using k-Dcan cable?

I've done other modules eg FRM and DSC and it worked perfectly first time so cable and software seem good. I'll really appreciate any help.Thanks

Standard off the shelf DCan cables can't flash the EGS. Get the Bimmergeeks cables and try again.
