Hello everybody,

I have a 335i E90 {N55 PWG}.

I bought `Wagner Tuning EVO II competetion intercooler`, `FTP turbo to intercooler pipe (boostpipe)` and `Evolution Racewerks Chargepipe`.

Once I installed intercooler, I realize that diameter of `Evolution Racewerks Chargepipe` and Intercooler pipe was different (I think, they do not fit to each other). Also, `FTP boostpipe` and intercooler's silicone hose does not suit to each other (Problem here is in length). boostpipe is short and hard to connect it to intercooler.

Now I decided to buy `VRSF chargepipe` and `VRSF boostpipe`, people says that `VRSF` has better fitment to this intercooler (I send this information to `Wagner Tuning` and they said: these Boostpipes won’t fit our EVO2 Intercooler at all. We do not use the OEM Clip anymore, our Cooler has a bigger inlet and outlet diameter.)

What chargepipe/boostpipe, I must buy in this case ? I do not buy something with bigger diameter.


Anyone experienced with `Wagner Tuning EVO II competetion intercooler` ? Can someone give me advices ?

The ER charge pipe will fit; it just needs some work. It's a very tight fit.
BMS/MAD will fit easier with the Wagner intercooler.

The boost pipe is more complicated; I would not waste money trying different combinations unless someone has the same setup and got it to fit.

Maybe we did something in a wrong way. I realize it now.
