Does this e92 belong to anyone here on the forum ? I was browsing craiglist and saw it. Maybe someone will be interested in this for only $28,900. It has some decent mods.

There's noway they spent 15k+ in mods... 5k is more realistic... Only 39k miles on an 08 in FL? That's a little hard to believe. I'd stay away from the methanol injection for a daily driver, personally. Everything else sounds nice. How does it drive?

Definitely more than $5k but probably not $15k. Those performance wheels alone are around $2,500. $10k is probably more like it.

If he is putting down 420-430 whp which is very doable with large amounts of meth and the new jb4 G5.... That puts the car right around 500 crank....

if thats true....its the worse allocation of money I have ever seen....those wheels look like

Maybe. Easy enough to check.

For a low mileage '08 not a bad price. If negotiable someone will get a good deal.

475-500bhp (430-450rwhp depending on fuel) is possible with those mods, definitely not 500rwhp.

What you mean by :I'd stay away from the methanol injection for a daily driver , is that bad ? It's crazy what people write here , i have water meth in my car and i don't use it everyday . if you don't push your car hard everyday then you don't use meth .

I'm sorry but in my opinion 30,900 for a modded car w/ no other options other than sport is not a good deal. That shiz won't hold it's value. You will be stuck w/ it until your car loan is close to bluebook value or take a hit if you want to sell it in 2 years. Even if he spent 10k for parts no way you get $10k back if you part out. unless someone pays retail but would you pay retail for used parts?

Plus, who knows how the previous owner treated the car. Unless it was a private party sale where i could meet the owner, see a history or service or at least see if the owner was a responsible person.


I would much rather buy a stock 09+ fully loaded w/ more options and idrive for 30k. just my opinion.

I thought the price was 28,900. Figured you could negotiate that down another 10%. Factor in JB4, charge pipe, down pipe (all of which are going in anyway), performance wheels. I would also be concerned about abuse but a PPI plus a "friendly service department" to help utilize the CPO through 2014 should alleviate some concern.

Still it's not a bad low mileage N54. Not a steal but fair. These cars hold no value, so I agree with you on that.
