This has been covered numerous times. Hpfp and turbos are covered no matter CPO or out of warranty.

Canadian CPOs are covered for turbos and HPFPs. Out of warranty Canadian cars are covered for HPFPs for 10 yrs but turbos aren't. In the USA I believe they get Turbo coverage out of warranty for 7-8 years.
