Bmw 320d n47 stalls and starts over
Hello,
This afternoon while driving, my 2007 320d n47 stalled and did not want to start any more. So I plug the suitcase and give me its fault codes: 4330 Ramp pressure control valve, activatiln The ramp has only 5bar arriving. I already checked the booster pump and the relay, replacing them with other ones, it didn't work. I remove the aac sensor, the aac turns well. I disassemble the hose at the level of the rail its well. I eventually changed the ramp but still the same. The distribution chain was changed 10,000km ago. Could you help me please. Thanks. |

I'd say you need a new rail pressure sensor, or rail pressure regulator (the parts at either end of the fuel rail). But there could also be other issues. Have you checked the wiring to the rail pressure regulator and the rail pressure sensor? Have you checked the rail pressure, and while cranking?

5 bar is basically 0. It'll be needing more like 400bar to actually start. Either the pressure sensor is bad, the pressure regulator is bad, the wiring for them is bad, or the hpfp is bad.

I have disconnected the hose arriving from the hp pump, Finally I have the diesel fuel which arrives at the pump with a good flow, now remains to know if it is the hp pump or I saw that Is there a sensor on the pump, maybe this is blocking the thing? |
