Which fuse to shut off IDRIVE?
So my IDRIVE is probably shot but for some reason the drive keeps whirling (sounds like your computer when it's reading a disc) even with the car off. I had thought the car goes into sleep mode after an hour, but it's been 2 hours and since I kept the window down, I can still hear it whirling.
Car is going to the dealer next week but for now, does anyone know which fuse I can pull so that it powers off? Car wouldn't start this morning! Car is an E90 328XI Thanks! |

There is a fuse chart behind the glove compartment

Or there should be. Chances are they will want to swap out the whole unit. http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=599221 this thread says fuse 61 but they can sometimes vary from year to year . http://www.e90post.com/forums/attach...2&d=1260829447 http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j...,d.cGU&cad=rja Last edited by ctuna; 03-04-2014 at 11:12 PM.. |

Thanks, I had also saw that thread and pulled 61 as well as 8 which was for the CD, and also the 3 fuses tied to the phone system. None of them powered it down.
Seems like a few other people have asked over the years with no confirmed fuse to pull |
