Part number for the one without the bracket is 6512917775201
I'll have to check when I get home for the other
But I'm not sure if LCI cars came with the Logic 7 or not or if maybe they rebranded it. I know it's a Harman Becker Amp

Is any coding needed when you swap out the amp? I have an early 07 e93 that the rear channels have quit working so thinking this might work better than repairing mine?

No coding needed just replace the amp and you're good to go. I actually had to take the negative cable off the battery and let the car sit for 10 minutes before I plugged it in for the car to register the new amp. I'm not sure if that's for everyone but just my 2 cents
