Tial BOV Help

Hey,

Recently got a tial bov and a vrsf chargepipe, I bought a pack of springs along with the 11psi one that came with the tial. Right away I disassebled it and made sure it opened and closed and changed the spring with a 11 psi spring. Put it into my car and when i revved it all I heard was spooling and then a wooshing noise, no bov sound. So I took it off and put in a 7 psi spring, which workes well. I just feel noticeable lag. So then I thought to put the 11 psi spring that came from the tial in, this had the same issue would not open when I was parked and revving, so I took it for a spin. BOV flutter and whoosing noises only. What do I do?
